What is CBD oil?
CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid extracted from the female hemp plant. So far, researchers have been able to identify around 113 other cannabinoids. In addition to CBD, THC is one of the more famous representatives, which, however, has an intoxicating effect. Of course, this has no place in our BergBlüten CBD oil from Switzerland and accounts for a small proportion of just <0.1% in our CBD oils. In contrast to THC, numerous health-promoting properties are attributed to CBD. For this reason, science is showing great interest in researching the natural medicinal plant, which has been used for well-being, prevention and health restoration for thousands of years.

We at BergBlüten are proud to produce our CBD oil regionally in Switzerland and to carry out all steps of the value chain ourselves. We work according to vertical integration in the production of CBD oil. From the cutting to the first drop, you can rely on the highest and tested quality. From cuttings to bottling - CBD oil from Switzerland.
Our medicinal hemp grows from May to October on our 3-hectare fields in beautiful Glarnerland and Valais. Here the medicinal plants enjoy many hours of sunshine, fresh spring water and the pure mountain air. The fertile soil makes the conditions for the CBD oil from Switzerland perfect. Until the right time to harvest, our approximately 60,000 hemp plants receive intensive care, of course only under organic conditions. We do not use herbicides or pesticides.
CBD oil and the 3-mountain process - our innovative manufacturing process
After the hand-picked harvest and drying, the sorting takes place, whereby we only use the flowers for our CBD oil. The remaining part of the hemp plants is used for other purposes. From here, the CBD oil from Switzerland is produced using our specially developed 3-mountain process, in which the CBD is gently extracted, concentrated and activated as a full extract. The filling is then carried out according to GMP guidelines and quality controls by independent laboratories.

Can you get high from CBD products?
No. It is not possible to get high from CBD products. CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. Neither comprehension nor perception are affected. In other words, CBD doesn't induce a high and doesn't get you high. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared at a meeting of the "Expert Committee on Drug Dependence» that CBD is tolerable and safe for both humans and animals, and has no potential for psychosis or addiction.
Can you still drive a car after using CBD products?

How to effectively store products with CBD?
