What are the shipping and delivery conditions at BergBlüten?
You can easily order your CBD oil from our online store and have your purchase conveniently delivered directly to your home by post. So you can always store flexibly, regardless of time and place, whenever it suits you.
Our plus: If you order by 2 p.m. on regular working days, your goods will leave our warehouse on the same day. We send your parcel with A Mail and your delivery should arrive the next day at the specified delivery address. This is how BergBlüten service works!

Shipping costs
We offer different shipping costs depending on the order quantity and product size. For small products we charge CHF 3.00 shipping costs. Larger product orders are sent by A Mail at CHF 10.50 or B Mail at CHF 8.50. From an order value of CHF 80 you can be sure of free shipping, and shipping abroad is not possible for legal reasons.

Once your parcel has been opened, it cannot be returned. If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email. We will be happy to help you and take care of your request immediately.
